Hi, I’m Suchitra (Suchy)-counsellor and psychotherapist at ElskaLife, you can also call me a mentor, facilitator to work along with you in your search for mental health solutions. As a passionate Mental Health Practitioner with years of experience, I specialize in providing evidence and process based therapy for issues like anxiety, depression, stress and relationship challenges. Grounded in empathy, active listening and the creation of a non-judgmental space, my collaborative approach involves closely working with clients to develop personalized plans aligned with their goals, strengths and values. My Approach To Counselling
I believe we all need therapy at some point in life and it is a common misconception that something terribly wrong must be there in terms of mental health to visit a therapist. As you navigate through difficulties in life, It is important to find a safe space where you vent your feelings and be heard with no judgements.

I am committed to the clients’ cause and use a mix of approaches such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Music Therapy, Couples Counseling and Premarital Counseling. A 50-minute slot with the therapist helps a great deal in self-reflection and work together to develop specific goals to work through difficulties.
