Couple Therapy
A type of therapy that involves working with both partners in a romantic relationship to identify, understand, and address relationship challenges, conflicts, or issues. Also known as couples therapy or marriage counselling, this approach helps partners develop effective communication skills, navigate conflicts, and strengthen their relationship bond.
Group Therapy
A type of therapy where a small group of individuals with similar concerns or goals work together, guided by a trained therapist or counsellor. Group counselling provides a supportive environment where members can share experiences, learn from others, and develop new skills and perspectives. This approach can be particularly helpful for individuals who benefit from social support, want to learn from others, or need to develop social skills.

Webinars and Psychoeducation
Our webinars and psychoeducation resources offer expert-led sessions on critical topics like trauma, anxiety, and evidence-based therapies. Institutions such as corporations, schools, universities, and hospitals benefit by gaining insights into interpersonal issues that enhance client support. Psychoeducation reduces stigma, builds coping skills, and fosters better communication, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for individuals and communities.
People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.” I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.
